Beth Lawrence of Grow See This and her landscape firm Common Ground, are offering to do a landscape job at cost price for one individual or group. As Beth relates

Maybe it’s someone you know who is elderly, or has other physical challenges. Or perhaps a bunch of renters, whose landlord is too thrifty to do anything with the jungle in the back yard and there is no common area for being able to just sit out side.

Contact her by October 10th.

In the end, this may be the most important thing about frost: Frost slows us down. In spring, it tempers our eagerness. In fall, it brings closure and rest. In our gotta-go world–where every nanosecond seems to count–slowness can be a great gift. So rather than see Jack Frost as an adversary, you could choose to greet him as a friend.

I am looking for info on domesticated mountain flowers. Books, literature, etc.

I see it has been a while since you have posted here. Hopefully you are still around. Keep up the good work

Way to go Kathy. I think that is an awesome and wonderful thing that you are doing for someone in need. There are many elderly people in need who can’t afford to have their yards taken care of just because of the cost of prescriptions. Doing it for cost is really special. Thumbs up to ya.

Hello Kathy and Rose

Yes, sadly this offer is only for Torontonians and the out laying areas.

Rose, you need to contact Beth directly. I only know what I read on the website, and from that I gather the offer is for someone in Beth’s vicinity.

Is this offer only for someone who lives in Toronto?
