My wireless max-min thermometer says it got down to 16F just before dawn this morning. Plants seem to have suffered more from chicken scratching than the cold. Nothing was really that far along, though the heucheras that came emerged from snowmelt unscathed are looking a bit more tattered lately. They're predicting lows in the upper 20s tonight. Thank you, all, for the birthday greetings!
