Maybe it’s someone you know who is elderly, or has other physical challenges. Or perhaps a bunch of renters, whose landlord is too thrifty to do anything with the jungle in the back yard and there is no common area for being able to just sit out side.

Rose, you need to contact Beth directly. I only know what I read on the website, and from that I gather the offer is for someone in Beth’s vicinity.
