Until I figure out how to fix it, just use the horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of your screen to center the page in your browser window. The type in the comment box is easy to read. The only thing that seems a little odd is that the left margin is very close to the text, with the letters right up against the monitor's edge., while the right side shows several inches of white.
