I like Alan Titchmarsh! If you read BBC Gardening World (like me), you feel you know Alan. I finally got a chance to put a voice with him after watching him nightly on BBC 2 during the Chelsea Flower Show. He seems very “down to earth” (haha).

Since I loved The Not So Big House, I am eager to read Outside TNSBH. Funny, think I also saw $64 Tomato on Amazon. I can really relate, though, having gotten two lemons off my lemon tree last year!

Somewhere around here I have a copy of the “square foot” gardening book. It must be the “old” one as I’ve had it for at least 8 years – ever since I built those raised beds in the back yard.

Never heard of any of the rest, except for the Sunset book.

I read the $64 Tomato just recently. Being a suburban gardener I could totally relate to the garden projects that he took on. Not a bad read.

I must confess that I have not heard of any of these books. The only one I really would have an interest in is the Outside the Not So Big House.

In my beginning gardening days I read every gardening book I could get my hands on.

Now I just use the net to find information.

Although, I do enjoy a good gardening book during the long, cold winter months.
