Some of Britain was badly flooded a couple of months back, I think I live in a dry microclimate. And we could mention how fortunate we are to still have a garden as well as rain. And I guess we can all put up with gas being high priced, since we still have all those things plus a home plus a car. Isn't it funny how perspectives can change? For some of these people, even having a tent would be a boon Good luck in your endeavors down there!
