Ready or not, here I go!

This is my last Movable Type post. I’m going to export this weblog. Then I’m going to import it into WordPress. If all goes well, you will find it here: https://www.coldclimategardening.com/index.php. That “php” will be very important until I get the rest of the website incorporated into a cohesive whole. My RSS feed will change, too, to https://www.coldclimategardening.com/feed/ .

See you later.

Hi, I’m back. Hope you like the new place. Right now things are pretty mixed up. If you leave off the “index.php” part of the link above, it will take you to the home page of the old website. So anyplace on this page that says “home” takes you to the old homestead. None of those other links at the top work yet, either. But the sun is shining and it’s in the sixties today, so I’m leaving this mess and doing something, anything outside.

When dealing with frost it is always best to be paranoid. In the spring never think it is too late for one more frost to come. And in the fall never think it too early.

Well I’ve tried about 10 different ways to get my news reader to pick up your RSS feed. But can’t get it working. For me at least the https://www.coldclimategardening.com/feed/ address doesn’t do it. Not sure when I’ll check back on your answer so if you email it I’ll see it sooner.

I check in on about 25 garden feeds or so & your’s in certainly near the top in quality so I’d hate to miss it. I do like your new look.

Cheers… John

Good job Kathleen,

I understand your difficulties… it’s often hard to get all the soil off your fingers so you can make a post to the blog.

Keep up the good work!

Dan
