Cold Climate Gardening expands to include a website
April 12th, 2003 by Kathy Purdy · 3 Comments
Here’s the template I’ve been working on, and the surprise is (in case you didn’t notice) that there is now a website integrated with the weblog, or journal. Let me know how you like it–both the content and the design. Tomorrow’s my 45th birthday, and this was my present to myself. There are still improvements I want to make, and pages I want to add, but next week the weather is supposed to be fine, and I’ve got gardening I want to do.

About Kathy Purdy
Kathy Purdy discovered the joys of writing in fourth grade, when she started corresponding with a former classmate. She's been writing letters ever since, first on looseleaf, then electronically, and now as weblog entries. That makes you, the blog reader, her pen pal. Her first independent (though frustrating) attempts at gardening were made in high school, though the gardening bug didn't bite hard until her mid-thirties, when she found herself mistress of a rural home on 15 acres. •

Thank you Erica and Jennifer. Since both of you publish your own gardening blogs, I feel you both know how much hard work went into the redesign.
